I’m a Brazilian actress and writer
based in NYC since 2017.
Living in New York is like going to a party
that no one has invited you.
The music is loud.
The floor is dirty.
There are no places to seat.
And then you remember,
no one invited me, I could leave.
And I never do.
Yes, I do love this city.
Guilty as charged.
I’m an actress who writes
and I’m the writer of my acts.
I write about what moves me,
even when nothing does.
I want to use my writing as a bridge to my acting,
so maybe both things combined can unlock my potential as an artist.
All the usual formal information about my training
and background can be found on this website,
at the designated areas. So, I thought that at least the About Me
content should be actually about me,
that it would carry more of who I am,
rather than who I should look like for the industry.
But yes, I did have formal training, experience,
so on and so forth.
It is not like I decided to become an actress
during the pandemic because I thought the world would end.
And just as an actress does,
I have played a few roles in my life as myself.
My favorite one is that of being an aunt.
Tia Fabi. A leading role.
Family member award winner.
I no longer play the role my father’s daughter.
Only on the backstage of my heart.
But that is a life-time Role.
Now I’m a full-time immigrant
and a work-in-progress woman.
Which is another full-time job by the way.
My age varies a lot.
Like the stock market.
I can wake up one day and feel very mature,
and by noon I have a severe crash.
I became the millennium I never was.
I'm very poetic and humorous.
I'm good with people and I tend to like them.
Most of them. Not most of the time.
Favorite food: cheese.
Favorite movie: The Godfather.
Great with kids, but they tend
to take me as being one of them.
I’m a punctual person.
Even when I try to be late, I fail.
I get 5 minutes before schedule.
I am a great person in person.
